Online Zoom Class

Using ZOOM, the instructor will demonstrate painting techniques for each topic. They will have their materials ready to paint including the tracing/drawing onto their canvas of the image that the instructor emailed the week before. The students will paint along during the demo. They will send the instructor a photo (jpg) of their artwork for feedback in the next class. After the 1st sample, students will create their own artwork of the subject. Class size is limited to 12 to give more time for feedback on the students’ weekly art progress of their submitted photos (jpgs). Take Kiln formed glass to the next step. A great opportunity to further explore glass fusing. Students determine their own projects and pace, and receive guidance and technical support with encouragement for larger, more complex works. Use of tools included. Supply fee based on individual use of materials. Open to students that have taken a previous fusing class. MASK REQUIRED

Students must be independent, advanced and equipped with skills to solder alone. New soldering techniques will be covered as needed. Each session will cover a different jewelry making technique. Students will have time to develop creativity while practicing or learning a new skill. Class will be focused on finishing what you start or re-visiting unfinished projects. Time will also spent on craftsmanship, cleaning and polishing of your jewelry. Knowledge of ACM studio required: proper tools usage and studio safety is a must. Advanced students only.
