The foundation of all art is drawing. If you have never drawn before of just want to sharpen your skills, this class can help. One of the main focuses will be on training the eye how to see. We will learn perspective, balance, form, and contrast as it all relates to composition. We will learn how to take a drawing from sketch to finished art work with just a pencil. Whether you are a beginner or advanced you should bring quality photos to work from.

Get to know the basics of jewelry making and design. You will learn skills such as soldering with a torch, sawing, forming metal and polishing. New projects will be made during each series of classes. Materials such as metal and saw blades will be purchased during class. Supply fees are paid before each project. More advanced stone setting will be taught as you improve on your technique. You will start to learn to design pieces that are uniquely you. Bring your sketchbook, notebook, tools and imagination.
