This class is designed to teach the benefit of using gouache, considered an opaque watercolor, with transparent watercolors. The techniques are used to highlight, correct, and soften your watercolor paintings. Use it to create realistic feathers on birds, easily blend backgrounds, paint interesting foliage and any other number of uses. Gouache, pronounced “gwash”, is easily lifted and reworked even after several weeks without scrubbing.
