Utilizing Design through Acrylic Painting, Kerry Didday

Kerry Didday I
Saturdays 9:30-12:00

We will create exciting acrylic paintings with a strong emphasis on design. The class will study the “A Lot to a Little” design strategy, mixed media, collage, underpainting, rubbing, brushing and palette knife with support from teacher demos and videos. Our process will begin each week with a comprehensive critique of your past and present pieces which will aid in your overall development of design principles, composition, use of color, and personal thoughts. Through individual support, we will work to discover each personal style and strength through a meaningful series development, finding the importance of peer and community recognition. This is the ideal class for new to experienced artists seeking growth,
development and exploration. MASK REQUIRED-NO EXCEPTIONS
