Anne Abgott Watercolor Workshops I-A
Instructor: Anne Abgott
Join Anne in one or more of her exciting workshops. Don’t miss the
opportunity to have fun while learning Anne’s fabulous techniques for
vibrant watercolors.

Watercolor Collage/A Dynamic Duo

This method of combining free flowing watercolor washes with layers of
Asian art papers or pieces of hand painted watercolor papers creates
an expressive abstract work of multiple dimensions. It is a layering
process of paint and paper, where the final surface of painted areas and
linear details helps to define the composition.

Wire Sculpture: Decorative Hanging
Moroccan Cages
Instructor: Charles O’Neil
Saturday, Nov. 6, 9:30am – 4:00pm
Wire Sculpture can be expressive, decorative or functional. In this
one day workshop participants will create a decorative Moroccan
style hanging cage. These cages can be adapted to use outdoors
as a seasonal or festive decoration, or an indoor décor item. With the
adaptation of mini lights and color you can decorate your home or patio
for the Holiday Season.
For this workshop the use of simple hand tools is required (needle nose
pliers, side cutters, linesmen pliers etc.). A tool list will be supplied upon
registration, and a $25.00 material fee is payable to the instructor at the
start of the workshop.

The Painted Floorcloth

Friday, Nov. 5, 10:00 – 3:00
Learn a little about the history of floorcloths as you design and paint your
own functional masterpiece. The first day is all about the preparation
of the canvas and on the second day of this workshop you can let your
imagination run wild. The sky is the limit on the designs you can create.
