Supply List Enjoy and learn the richness of using chalk pastels. A demonstration will be given in each class for you to become familiar with many materials and techniques such as creating flesh tones in portraits, foliage in landscapes and shining surfaces in still lifes when making your image. Your photographs will be used for reference. Personalize instruction will be given to each student to develop their style and approach to art. All levels welcome. Materials: Journal 9 x 12 minimum size. Many important points will be given during class for note taking and future reference. Quick in-class assignments will also be noted here. (You can use a sketch pad as a journal).
